3 per mineral patch = 24 on most maps. it's always good to get more though, that way you can transfer some workers to any new expansions you get and they are instantly saturated.

PVC: IC Failcup 2010 - Round 2!

1. Destroyyoutoo vs. Joor

Don't be thrown off by the fact that DYT had to win a tie breaker to even make it to the second round. This guy is an absolute failure. He is up against some stiff competition in Joooooooooooooooor, who's one claim to fame is failing as a forum mod. I consider DYT to be the favorite to advance past this round, and a dark horse to win it all! Result: Top 8 or higher!

2. Rain vs. Artic

Artic is widely known as one of IC's biggest failures for repeatedly losing every round he plays, however I think he did manage to win one when he got carried by h4e, so he has that going against him. Rain is an enormous failure who can't even win a war when he NAP breaks and is known for being less active than Primo on a Tuesday. Result: Artic's fail reputation is enough to carry him by Rain, but hits a wall in the round of 16.

3. Arganon vs. Jose

It's impressive that Jose's failures have reached the publics eye considering he is a relative unknown. His biggest claim to failure is building 100k bombers in ICPG and not having any resources left over for fleet. However, Jose's cinderella run for the fail cup looks to come to an end as he runs up against the brick wall of failure that is Arganon, best known for drafting fams destined to fail and chatting in #arganon. Result: Arganon wins and  then fails at failing in the Round of 8.

4. Noir vs. Torqez

Noir the infra genius who just can't seem to win a round vs. his arch-nemesis Torqez. With Torqez's departure fresh in the minds of the voters, he will easily defeat Noir but fall short of ultimate failure in the Round of 16.

5. Lee vs. Hardcore4eva

Lee's most recent failures include breaking NAP and still losing the war and multiple deletes. I believe this will be enough to carry him past his more deserving opponant h4e, who's Fantasy Football team stands alone as the greatest failure in the history of armchair athletes, but was not visible enough to the public eye to get him the deserved recognition for failure. Result: Lee advances to the next round where his quest for failure comes to an end in the top 16.

6. Bullet vs. Lynns

Bullet's main claim to failure is his excessive inactivity, while Lynns need to be the top banker all of the time carried her thorough the group stage. A rather boring matchup. Result: doesn't matter, winner is gone next round anyway.

7. Einstein/Flint vs. Melvin

Flint's elaborate strategies, questionable theories, and radical ideas make him one of the favorites to win this competition. Despite melvin's failness, which includes but is not limited to: not speaking English, stalking Nolio, and playing the families with Undeath, I predict Flint to come out on top in this match up. Result: Flint fails himself into the top 4!

8. Mizzle vs. Tico

Mizzle teh ubern00blet vs Tico el Inativo! Mizzle getting himself killed off from my PW fam accidentally while trying to drop nw is probably the biggest failure I have had the pleasure of witnessing in my long, illustrious, IC career. I think this failure alone is enough to propel Mizzle past Tico and carry him all the way to the top 8.
