For the record, as glue just said, we weren't attacking 36 whilst we were at war, as soon as we got a NAP with 07 we used the fleet we jumped to clear threats around our core, so we cleared 23 and 36 mainly as they had portals around us, our attackers got carried away and cleared 36 further away than we planned to, hence the 40 planets or whatever that we took from them, and then 23 declared war on us because we had cleared some of their portals and i think a system on the edge of our core, so technically 36 ARE vulturing on our war as we weren't at war when we cleared 36, we didn't plan to war 23, it just happened
