the nap glue talks about is "The systems in cores are not to be attacked or explored into. Other systems are however free game.This means that this agreement is effectively a nap within the mentioned systems, however outside we can still clear eachother. This is because we want to have peace and possibility of growth in our cores, but do not want to amass shares for later slaughter."

when you clear someone you attack, and opp in order to make clearing more swift
another thing i read and need explanation:
nuking a person outside his core = does not make sence, as the nuke affects all the empire
DU = destroys units at a specific location, therefore your infra will be safe...

Well then cancel the bloody thing after 2 rl weeks then untill then attack outside ur core back, if they attack u attack back if they DU your planets DU there planets back.
