Still going strong, althou having a bit more conflict than they might have hoped for. Got off to a superb start that many questioned, but has slowed down a bit since then. They were out early with a massive popper, but he hasnt grown for days, curious as to what the reason for that is. Started the round off with an early raid on 27, and looked very promising, but seems they have had to comprimise some on spread and infra lately. Still very much in the run, much due to their allies. Key players: Nandro and Broker.

A fam that has grown very strong as time has gone by, Rawr doing the round of his lifetime it seems, leading a strong infra here. They have decent spread, however their members seem unexperienced and i am truly surprised they have gotten this far. Havent seen much muscle from them yet, besides bailing their allies out from 3407. Key players: Dunno Contenders top 5, Pretenderstop 3

The fam to beat this round as far as my knowledge goes. Genesis Parrot Kollop among others, all the skill and surprisingly also the activity to be a top fam. Forced 23 and 34 into an unfavourable nap, and it seems little stands between them and the #1 spot. Strongest fam and strongest alliance. Dont see anything that can cause their downfall, but as usual, the round has to be played before its won, so galaxy should be hoping for inactivty! Nice location aswell, almost alone in their planetpacked sector. Key players: Parrot Genesis Contenders FTW

A mysterious family to me, they were not lloking like top material from the start, but they seem to have kept under the radar and out of trouble, and are now suddenly a top 4 family, with strong infra, and as far as i can see they have more than enough attackers to go along with it. They have secured a nice square in s1 and i dont see anyone being able to infiltrate them there. Longterm spread might be a little problematic, but with the huge core they got they can grow for a long time before they get in trouble spacewise. I dont know that many players in here, Zanny is the leader and should be able to keep them spirited in motivated. Will be interesting to see how they come along. Key players: Zanharim Contenders top 5, Pretenders top 3.

5     Chaos Hood (3434) [63,27]     548     1481385     28686
57 remade from last round and not doing very well. Left their allies to hang vs 09 and 36 and have definateltely taken a blow in the fight to be the #1 alliance. Their centre in s2 is pretty solid, althou their foothold in bottom s4 have diminished significantely. They will be hard to take out for any fam that might try, and with their newly formed alliance with 23 they can really dominate s2 and challenge 09&36 for the #1 alliance position. Attackers that were bigmouthed last round will have to prove themselves alot more than they currently have if they are to make it. Contenders top 5, Pretenders top 2.

Has formed a strong alliance with 34, and by doing that they really took a step into the running for victory. After being forced into a nap by 09 and 36 they have however lost their image as real marvel men. Marvel Mice none the less they can still do well. Having a strangely long and thin core they will have to claim their ground from other families and that can be a risky move. If they manage to keep their area growing and keep their bankers safe they will come out with a nice active family that can beat anyone, however, there is a long drop if they fail. Key players: IC Death, AA, Middle.

Dont know a whole lot about this family. CS took over leadership after Artic aparently went inactive, and then she went inactive herself. A mystery to me atm, sorry for that . They got dropped by their allies 3423 and have lost much of their galaxywide interest and oportunity because of that. They are a fiesty gang tho, so keep an eye out for them. They will certainly not bend over if someone should come picking at them for "easy" planets. Key Player: Counterstrike Pretenders top 5

8     Ok, getting our path back... (3430) [36,3]     465     1128699     22486
Got entangled in an early war with 07 that have set them back alot. They have some of the best randoms in the galaxy, basicly atleast 10 draftworthy members. I expect to see more from these guys, but they will have to play the catchup game to get up to the level of the big boys on the playground. If they can get some support from their allies and play it smart from here on, they might be going somewhere, but so far this round, they have had no brains to show for. Contenders top 5, Pretenders top 3

9     Biggest Boobs of IC (3427) [49,54]     494     1018701     20441
Was the victim of the first big scale raid of the round, and never really seemed to come back from it. However they are not picking up the pace relatively well, and with their position and their allies they still have a fair chance to create a stronghold for themselves. As a few other fams that came out on the wrong side they will have to catch up, but nothing is preventing this family together with their allies from being a considerable force in the galaxy. Agressive and unpredictable are the keywords here. Althou rumors have it that Dispo have a hard time controlling his troops while drunk. Key Player: Dispo Pretenders top 5

10     Greekly Goodness (3407) [36,18]     478     858661     20181
Shared their faith with 3430, early war and botht too stuborn to agree to end it. orbit leading his fam into the ground wouldnt be the first time, but it would also not be the first time he keeps his family safe more or less on his own. He just has to swtich his mindset from stubborn and destructive to progressive and devestating! If they can pick up themselves up after the fight, and do some of the gruntwork that other fams have gotten done long ago, they still ahve a chance together with their allies to stay in shape and in the running for top spots. Victory seems a bit farfetched, but who ever said top 5 and good wars arent worth fighting for!  Key player: Orbit. Pretenders top 6

What is a NAP?
Answer:     A NAP is IC terminology for Non-Aggression Pact. This indicates a lasting truce between two parties.
They are generally made by family leaders and differ greatly from alliances. They often, and should, contain specific terms such as to what constitutes an attack, what happens in the event of an attack, and how much advance notification should be given before the NAP can be cancelled.
Official NAPs (ones signed via the relations page) have the ability to prevent hostilities (only attacks, special operations are allowed) between the families.
Non-official NAPs do not have this ability, but are more flexible, and often include terms to end them, terms on what to do if someone violates them, and terms the two (or more) leaders express desires on. These are usually made in the form of in-game messages.

Well it depends if they investigated portal first and only DU the non portalled pl then you can't, but if they didn't then they did an opp affecting your empire in a hole and you can nuke the shit out of them
