The only reason 3401 didnt do much was cause they were saving for the war with 97 and 03 which are far better targets since you did crap at the rest of the round which made them loose like 20% morale on 1 attack...
It was like -30/-40% moral a attack for me. I even blew a couple of 02 planets
And yes Hon kicked 02 around with a SS race with only +10% attack
Thanks to Hon his efforts against 02/98 we've been able to continue growing infra (&defences..lol) and saving for 03/97.
Still we had around 6 mill of unused cash, sitting at our bankers HQ who were on vacation for half of the round.

We became first in NW and in size afterall
