I deployed with the 2nd on Herrick last year as their AIO whilst they were doing TRB from Cyprus.

I'll be going over as an Officer so don't know which Bn I'll end up in yet tongue either is good for me!

well id much rather be with 2nd still in cyprus i believe but dont quote me on that wink plus 1st battalion is in germany and the town they are based at sucks and i mean sucks.

Hehe, the 2nd Bn move to Woolwich just outside London in August... they have two years of ceremonial duties to look forward to! hmm

Paderborn isn't so bad, especially if you're a German << wink

Yeah but if u go with 2nd ur get london pay as well tongue and paderborn is bad nothing to do the wat so ever and up side to it is like slap bang in the middle of Germany so u can go pretty much anywhere in europe which is gd. plus u get Loa for being overseas smile

yeah but u get either london pay or loa pay again when u go to either battalion so im shore ur be ok tongue If u like AT u wanna go to 1st by the way wink get better options there big_smile

I do believe I do he was my platoon sgt a gd few years back 4 platoon if I'm correct lol don't quote me on that though ahahaha was a long time ago tongue
