Topic: United States removing Diplomats from unsafe Mexico!!!

Wow... after a husband and wife (both under diplomat protection) were gunned down at separate locations, the United States is telling unneeded people on staff that they should leave...

This is an unprecedented step short of telling the US embassy staff in a nation we are at war with to leave...

Their telling state department employees in the border towns that their families can leave if they want. The drug lords usually don't target Americans. Every time they've done so it never ended well for the lords. They think it was mistaken identity that got them killed. Their sending FBI agents down there to find whoever did it and nail their ass to a wall. True violence in Mexico is pretty bad ATM, but saying we're just sort of "War" as you say is simply blowing things out of proportion and out of context.

Their families had that right as it was, or were they a prisoner there?


Why just the border town locations?


Read it thoroughly and you will see they are doing 'damage control' to prevent a panic based upon the perception of a name, but ultimately they are increasing the hazards by not naming it what it is, a current danger to US staff in Mexico.

Declare the drug lords "Enemy Combatants" and go after their ass'.  Try them in a military court as enemy's against the state then execute them.  No more of this find ways to get them under the law crap.  Just round them up and arrest them.  Anyone that was seen with them, arrest them too.  I know it's a very fascist thing i'm saying but god damn, enough is enough.  They've gone after civilians, police and military personal.  As soon as they started shooting military personal, it's open season period.

Mexican civilians have become the biggest catholic cowards of all.  They wont' refuse a drug lord anything.  You either buy the crap they sell or die.  You become a competitor and you die.  Your walking down the wrong side walk with a baby at the wrong time, you die.  And those police officers that took bribes and give notice to the drug lords about raids and actions being taken by the state department...well they need to be arrested immediately and taken out and shot.  Because once they gave information to the drug lords, they too became enemy of the state. 

If the damn police had done their job, if the stupid catholic cowardly civilians had acted quickly, if the army didn't have their hands tied.  None of this garbage would be at such levels as they are now.  We're not talking about huge huge gangs of hundreds.  We're talking about several THOUSAND drug lords and mini drug lords and lietenants, not even counting their henchman.

Enough is enough.  Round them up like vermin and destroy them.

Because that's where most of the violence is located at and is where these murders happened.

WTF is that supposed to mean? Their living there with their families because they want to be with their families. Duh.

It's called diplomacy. I don't expect someone with your limited mental capacity to understand such complex concepts.

One thing to understand as well is that the US market is the reason for the violence along the border towns to begin with. If there wasn't demand for such goods then the violence wouldn't exist. The US sends upwards of 20b USD through Mexico every year. We have to bear some responsibility for this as well. We might want to look at some of the laws in place in countries like Switzerland or Belgium in terms of legalization of some substances and supervised medical distribution for addicts of others. If you remove the market from the drug lords then they have no more money to bribe police, buy guns, and terrorize citizens.

Legalised non pasturized milk.  Which is believed to sicken thousands.  tongue  Thpppt.  Sales dropped because it wasn't pasturized milk they were buying.

So?  Drug lords are puting cocaine and meth inside milk to get it across the border?
