Mods are the face out to the community, and they are the ones who should show everyone how to behave toward other players. By doing this, Torqez clearly states its ok to abuse loopholes to go ahead and rape a family to shit. We are all here to have fun, and that just ruins it for everyone involved.

Edit: Have to agree with Pit on this, it was all agreed and set for the 15th. It's weird to see that suddenly 49 wanted to break that agreement and afterwards blaims us. *sigh* This is really a discussion that has no point anymore. Like Shaw said above, both parties have their opinion and I don't see a breaktrough for an agreement in the next days.

Well everyone we have just witnessed a tantrum.

So what exacttly happened?

They way I'm reading it is someone attacked. Thus breaking the nap, unless there was a clause that said to compensate for said attack. In that clause it should have said some thing to the extent that the player who attacked should notify the defeated that he broke nap and thus will compensate for said planet. If the idiot who attacked a nap fam did not notify said defeated or defeated leader or vice leader, and the attacker leader did not look into fam news and see nap had been broken and did not feel he/she should send a message to other leader, then the defeated could claim that is a nap breach and thus call the nap void and then could attack at anytime after said attack. Usually, one gives the other atleast 24-48 hours to send comp planets. If there is no notification within the above mentioned time limit then it is a viable reason to declare nap void, that is the honorable way.

The otther wayis that one fam seen that one of its own was attacked from a napped fam and then found reason that it was enough to make.a nap void and thus used the element of surprise to rape a fam and justified it as being a nap break. Which is...aka...playing dirty, but nonetheless a viable strategy.

This is my theory and I'm not going to read 15 pages worth but if I have made the tension a little less I am happy as I am taking a shit and writing this at the same time. Thank you
