Wouldn't them exploring into his core have been considered a breach of the NAP which could be considered voiding it? (ie. one side not abiding by the rules of the nap)

KT we were expecting more than a copy past of what Torqez wrote in the thread...many players not involved in the war said it was a napbreak, if the loophole was real some players in their fams wouldn't have received a falsification  of Noir's message...
Whatever...is it normal that a fam wakes up with a broken nap and Torqez in his leader message laughing of his nap break in front of all the community?...u can expect that from 5-6 well known players but a MOD!!!

I asked an investigation on him as player for IA abuse (chosing his planets paid for nap wich is forbiden by IA rules)
Noir and I asked investigation as mod for checking our forums and accounts in order to use it for the game. (he talked to some players about the amount of our saves that were hiden in market but written in our forum, he cancelled the first nap when we had the upperhand by far in matter of saves and positions but unfortunatly few hours after 2 of our 3 attackers had just posted in our forum that they lost internet for few days). When u play against a mod u must be sure that what u write in forums and irc stays in the fam, that's no more true...will we have to plant some false info in forum and irc next rounds and tell our plans and issues on msn???

We asked that officially in #mod and are expecting some investigations going further than asking Torqez if he did that...

Well if only him can decide to leave, Torqez u are a good player, maybe a good mod but u are not abble to do both, I guess u don't want to be a mod not playing so please leave as mod.

i should add another mod to this demodding thread haha , ive talked to some people about this previously, and we all agreed that if no mods dared to say something negative against a mod napbreak, it incredibly weak and a clear sign we need new mods

Okay, my two cents then

NAP breaks are bad, NAP breaks are to be frowned upon, NAP breaks are a sign of poor sportsmanship.

Torqez has, as far as I know, always been a good, honourable player, and I've gotten to know him as a nice, responsible guy that is doing an awesome job as a moderator. Therefor, without knowing the situation through and through, I see no reason to believe Torqez willingly broke a NAP.

Reminds me of Sir Fitzroy MacClean's memoirs where he says Tito took a secret trip somewhere, and nobody would tell MacClean where, and then later when he's debriefing in London Churchill tells him that Stalin told Churchill that Stalin and Tito had a meeting about uniting Yugoslavia under the commies with Red Army help, and when Fitzroy gets back to Yugoslavia he asks Tito how he liked meeting Stalin, and Tito's like "who's the f'king traitor who told you that? Who I gotta shoot" and Fitzroy tells him Stalin blabbed and Tito's like "oh uh haha yeah well um."

I never refered to this round because u were only banking and not leading but let's go:
We were a 11 fam in a 14 size gal, stuck between the 2 big alliances that were 20 ticks away, we give u free nap that u can have a bridge to go do the big war that all the galaxy is waiting for (u screwed the one of this round, we let u do the one of this other round...). U win the war, u won the round. all the galaxy asks for ending round early.
At this point we are 2 ranked far behind u but u decide to have a war before ending round and cancel...ur right even if it's not necessary. U ask ur ally to op our poor saves during cancellation and remove our portals...we dont break...war starts and u blow all our planets when u can easily take 1/3 our planets in 1 day then give us nap and end the round. But u continue 3 days long to blow everything. As u say u proudly made us delete. great spirit for a mod team to make a fam delete for what?? giving a free nap that the big war happens...
Parrot KT Torqez in the team, great way to promote the game making all a fam delete for fun and vanity. That's why i wasn't expecting a lot asking u to be investigated and demodded since this mod team is a gang.
From these 11 fam i know for sure that 4 left the game, let's see how many will do after ur napbreak.
U are a plague for this community and ppl wanting to have fun!
