Callous I agree 100% tongue There's way too many NAP's. Used to be you only got a NAP with someone after a war, not the first week of the round and then plan for a distant war that may or may not happen.

I'd say it went from NApping as many fams as you could early on to not napping anyone to napping the top 3 or 4 fams in the galaxy as they are the only ones to pose a threat.

I remember one round i had probably 20 naps at one point. the next round we had no naps until we had fought or the conditions were just too good to pass up (i remember one family offering a nap where we would have one big block of systems, about 1/3 of  the entire sector that was "ours" and we didn't give them any core. Thats when galaxies were considerably larger with a higher number of systems)
