a NAP break is a NAP break. Period. You can sugarcoat it all you want and try to spin it all day long. Your missin the point. Torqez once told me a while back that if anyone in his family broke a NAP he would delete. I dont see that happening, do you?

Torqez, along with the rest of you assholes, smelled a victory. So you went for it. Its been plagueing this game for a long time now. Dont matter how you win. Just so long as you win.

Mods are supposed to set an example of how to play. They arent supposed to be chasing away players by shady acts. So if Torqez truly was a man that had the courage to stick to his convictions he would delete.

The terms of the NAP the leaders signed allowed 49 to cancel the NAP the way they did. It was not the spirit of the previous agreement, it was to get back at something they thought they had been wronged in the past, whatever.

Were they doing the right thing? Probably not. But they could do it, because the terms entitled them to.

What you did, however, as no justification. None at all. You flat out broke a NAP, and changed your family name to mock the peopl you broke the NAP on.

Your behaviour is insulting and demeaning towards players who spent alot of time playing this crappy game who not many seem to care about anymore. They're not angels, no way, but they did not attack you or caused you harm in any other way than whatever your minds interpreted it to be.

At a time when everyone is worried about foul play and players leaving, you CANNOT DO THIS, no matter what excuse you think will serve you best.

When you use that logic, then anything is possible.  When they use any loophole necessary to get out of a predetremined war (one which Noir cleraly wanted earlier, cos he was "bored") then it opens up a big can of worms and it just gets ridiculously stupid.  For example, I could say that when we attacked we cancelled the nap.  No where does it say that I have to give 48 hours of notice.  Show me where it does?  You can't - cos it does not.  If you go on to talk about it being "implied" then yes...thats what was implied by setting the date for March 15th 22.00 GMT.

The crux of it is that war was set, and everythign was building up to be a good war for that date.  Noir jumped the gun and tried some tactics to get out of what was predetermined a while back.  It backfired majorly and he got what he deserved.

I would have to read the original 48h NAP and terms that composed it. The only thing I was able to read so far was the agreement you made replacing the original NAP, and that states it is a 48h NAP.

It is common sense that a 48h NAP can be cancelled. It is normal and everyday IC'ing, unless this has somehow changed and I wasn't informed.

The terms say it is a 48h NAP with an auto expiration date. This means it can be cancelled like any other 48h NAP, except it ends at a set date.

This wasn't what you meant? I won't dispute that. Were they morally right pushing back the date? No, they weren't. But they could, as per terms agreed and signed by you.

You screwed up buddy. It happens to everyone, I know it's happened to me before. You say the war was set; sure, to you it was. To them it wasn't, and they were entitled to that, as much as it may displease you.

Now, if you want to solve matters like IC death and Scorp usually do, that's up to you. I didn't think you would, but it happens ot everyone and you' are as well entitled to your slip up every now and then, just like everyone else.

WHat you're not entitled to is to mock people on top of things though. That leaves you no credibility whatsoever Torq, and that sucks for you and everyone else in the game.

why can 49 extent it to a 96 hour nap?
means they also could shorten it to a 24 hour nap?
or isn't that above a cancelatione?
