57-52 clearly states the components of the nap. There isn't a cancellation component or a void component or a non cancellation if an alliance is in a war component or anything else for that matter so you cannot throw new options like a cancellation into the clause. If 49-56 wanted an option of early cancellation, then they should of wrote this into the nap and had it agreed upon. The option to cancellation earlier then an expiry date is a privelege which needs to be stated, its not a right (This applies in reallife as well as IC).

And the most important component of the nap is peace is in place and the peace expires on 15th March. This has been signed by all fams so peace is in place till 15th march. Therefore, attacks cannot start before 15th March as it has been agreed upon that this period is peaceful times between the fams. Therefore, to end this peace earlier, all fams would need to void this current nap which hasn't happened.

Also another point of view which is key here is:

If 57 took the 200 planets payment then cancelled the nap a day after they were payed, would this be acceptable? Ofcourse not!

This is just desperate tactics to avoid a war which everyone had planned on, signed to and look forward to.

Warnings who the hell gives warning in war lol not I. Next time dates are set stay true to your word. March 15 was the date that was agreed on and thats the date the war should have taken place.

Hehe i dunno what to say, tbh this is almost for the best, now everyone can see 57 doesnt desreve their win, when they had beaten us tomorrow they would have.

I will enjoy it when Torqez gets demodded tho.

It surprises me also that 57 and 52 felt the need not only to disable our attacker, but they kept on going to raid bankers. Their sizewin was allready secured.
