Among the best replies I saw were that it does not seem like vulturing, but those who posted that did not explain or support their positions.

The worst were the dumbasses who questioned his sexuallity, and atked his mom, and addressed penis size. None of that is about the game, and none of it addresses the issue.  Ya, hell, it's all funny if you are like 12 yo, but not if you are adult.

To address the issues:

1)ombash? was this a declared war? If not, you have no standing. It becomes a grab or a farm or whatever without a declaration. Without a declated was, there can be no vulturing.''

2) "out of nowhere"? Did your fam ever have any contact with his before? What about the planet(s) he took/atked? were they from his ally, from his fam, from your allies, or always your fam's?

3) (at ombush and paininside both) While FF is an agressive op (read  atk op, as I usually state it) It is not a war op (as I usually define it).  Clearing 2 or more systems in response to a FF on one planet that you are atking from, to me just proves intent to take em anyway, FF  or no. FF just temp takes your port, first off, an, from what has been said, the intent was there to take all he could. The FF was not a cause or  excuse.

This is way past and I've vented but, to address your questions:

1. Yes, this was a declared war. I posted in the forums (which now I learn is stupid to do since it invites vultures), and 657 lost horribly-entire family deleted and is now comprised of new players.

2. No, never had contact-we didn't even attack anyone to get those planets-we just explored there and 657 never cleared, lol.

3. I FF a planet where it was mostly 657. Not the core of 659 by any means.
