I noticed that too, it's because you are allowed to sign 10 NAPS in relations screen, make it 5 NAPs MAX and problem solved.

I know, that still doesn't change the fact you are atill allowed to sign up to 10 NAPs.

Change the rules so that only NAPs who are declared in relations screen are allowed and that 'unoffical nap's' will be seen as IA.
