Does sd really need one? Theres only like 25 people total left in contention.

I'm a bit arrogant in person as well, but thats simply because I'm confident. I have to be for my line of work... handling a billion dollars or more worth of equipment on a daily basis and ensuring the safety of more lives in a week than a doctor will his entire life, easily.
