Inactive as well as noobs.... (3149) has DECLARED WAR on us.
Since on of our n00b players attacked them, they took it upon themselves to declare war.

We had a nap with 3129 which we hae honored all round, they are 6 ticks or so from our HS.
Then they broke the nap on us about 15 times, so we decided after a few ticks it was best to clear them. We recieved no apology or notice of anything that this was a mistake. And you really should have declared the nap if you thought there was a chance your noobs would break it
If what Noir is serious about what he is saying, ... well maybe not 15 times but for several times is enough to condemn it. Gl to both sides, from my part.
Well thing is they broke so earlier. I didnt knew we had a nap and they attacked me so i took a few of their planets but didnt want to kill them off immediately. So I told their leader I would stop for now and let them have a relax round. Well after that they attacked again several times so now we do kill...
3149 declared war on the 19th ranked fam because one of 3129's low ranked players attacked the inactive players in 3149 when there was no nap. It is nice to see Noir saying there was a nap when it helps him justify his position, I am sure towards the end of round when they needed some extra planets for a win they would of gone back to the 'there is no nap' policy and taken the planets they jsut took anyway....

29 is below our 35% rule, if they had not broken nap on us, they were perfectly safe. But when they start clearing us, we do have bankers we need to defend. Obviously they cannot be trusted.
3129 should have either signed ingame nap like we wanted to, or made their player rouge. They have done neither and therefore have no right to whine when we remove them following a napbreak
lol noir, can you please show me a copy of the nap??? We had no nap cuz you guys didn't want to nap. You SAID you wanted to nap, but your leader didn't reply afterwards. Our players even sent you a message asking if there was a nap, this was the reply:

No we dont have a nap at least nothing was agreed upon.

Noir If you can show me a copy of this "NAP", I will personally give you all my planets (roughly 90). If you can't prove it, well you will be both known as an idiot and a liar.
The NAP is in Noirs head, while it was convienant to have it exisited, ie when he needs to justify farming because his family couldn't go grab planets off their inactives and left it for other small players to do so. Near the end of the round he would of found another justification for farming 29, something like "there was no NAP and this is Imperial Conflict, not imperial savings and loan." Or something like that...
Call a spade a spade Noir, you want to farm you have a semi reason, that your smallest players got attacked, and you now are moving into full farm mode...
I'm sure i read something in pvc about the top families all napping with eachother... so, either way farming or not it leads to farming... pretty lame tho...
However as i said earlier, i am with who is not lying and i want a random at least semi-skilled attacker so i can fight 49 to see what they made of... cause they seem unbreakable :s

So when a fam takes 34 planets from us we arent allowed to retaliate.. is that it? well im not gonna talk here anymore, you fool obviously retarded and this is fine by all standards, have fun
lol you declared war when one of our n00b players took 6 planets from one of your inactive players. Also, I see you can't prove your "Nap" lol. We are clearing all your inactives, and it seems you have quite a bit of high NW inactives with no fleet lolz.
Noir: So a 300k nw n00b attacks your lowest ranked inactives and your response is for your 'big' attackers to farm the 'big' players in 29 for 59 planets all the time not attacking said player who attacked you first, esp since a simple infil will show that said small n00b does not in fact give or recieve aid from anyone else in 29. Yeah real good response...
I say in the future either get active attackers or make sure you kill off your inactives yourself if you don't want other players taking their planets for themselves...
It is also good to see that you can argue coherantly and don't resort to name calling when you have no valid defense...

Ok my defence, summed up so you dont have to go around it:
1. We agreed to have peace between our fams straight from sor
2. We have all round had NAP declared on your fam, but you never declared back
3. When you attacked us one of our attackers just thought he would retaliate a little i guess
4. Nap was allready offered reinstated before we took more than 30 (remember that is after you took 10 planets from us, so its just 20 really)
Noir:
1) You messaged our fam saying you wanted a NAP, but then when we responded with an enquiry into if it could be a P-NAP (because a cancel NAP == farm later) you never responded. A few weeks later we finally got a response from someone in your fam saying that no NAP was never agreed to so there was no NAP.
2) Never has there been any NAP declared in relations at any point during the round, or at least not during the time of day I have looked.
3) One of our guys attacked, so one of your attackers who couldn't even touch the guy who attacked and had zero planets taken off him decided to rape our bankers, which is really quite a rational response I think...
4) Was this re-offer actually given to anyone in our family? Or are you just halucinating? It is possible that someone in our fam is incapable of posting these things into the fam forum, but there is nothing there about the NAP being re-instated.
However as Stealth says, you have weak banker defense, so raids away I guess
