Kai your just waiting for 56-49 to cancel so you can vulture 57-52. Your alliance is trying to 2v1 57-52 and I have irc conversations to prove this. So don't imply we r the losers, your alliance has tried to co-ordinate with ours to 2v1 57-52 which we obviously turned down. Not much of a fighting spirit from your side there!

We got 6 attackrs as an alliance and 4 ain't available for the weekend, while another just deleted. So what sort of crap cancellation war would that b?

Your contradicting urself, you want a fighting spirit, yet you want a cancellation war to take place where one alliance has 1 attacker available. Wow, thats gona b an exciting war! lol.

And your idea of 'Loose the first wave, retake as much as you can and fight on after the weekend' - As for losing the first wave as you suggest, both alliances have around 300 0-1 tickers. Losing the first wave loses the war so thats not a great idea. How can our one active attacker retake the 300 0-1 tickers and hit 57-52? Then you have NW limits to take into account. So its impossible for our attacker to do anything here thats effective.

Spizam, you obviously haven't read mine and Noirs posts. We had planned a war for monday-tuesday, 57-52 presumably found out about this and made the move knowing we aint active this weekend. So no one has been infrawhoring, they beat us to the cancellation at a great time from there point of view.

And about the fighting spirit.. If you take a look at my position (41), it would be rather stupid to war each fam we bump on. We have to pick our fights.

As stated in my previous post, your alliances were in irc discussions, I haven't spoke with you in irc before and im not accusing you directly. But your saying my alliance has no fighting spirit, and im saying your alliance has discussed a 2v1 situation with us hich we refused. So I don't think its fair we get this criticism from you tbh.

Also 'We have to pick our fights' that made me laugh. We are trying to pick our fights to it suits us. Whereas my alliance has 1 attacker to fight the top alliance, we are keen for an EOR war to suit us better. So we are picking our fights to. So we have done what you said your doing, yet your critical of us for it, thats contradictory.

And no it wouldnt b 2v2.

It would be 2 alliances v 1 alliances = 2v1
thats 41-54 and 49-56 v 57-52

Ehm.. Your statement about the 2vs1 isnt correct.. You say you have irc logs but im not in it.. I speak on behalf of 3141, so dont speak about 'alliances' cause what my allies are saying will not immediatly means that I agree on it.

You are right in 'picking the fights'. But i would not have payed those planets for a re-NAP. I would have fought. But thats just me.

Oh and let me say this.. I never heard anything from my allies about a 2vs1.. And im completely AGAINST it so it would never have happend even if they wanted it.

Ive been wanting to quit and retire for a long time now. I was only playing IC as background while i chatted with my friends. Loggin in and playing became a tedious chore for me the last few months. This incident is NOT the main reason i am retiring. Its an accumulation of the stupid bullshit ive had to deal with over time and simply put: ive had enough.

I just dont want to play anymore. This was the perfect excuse to get out early. I had intended to finish the round and retire. Drama aside, this game is BORING!! its the same thing round after round after round. Im not having fun and the point of a game is to have fun. Ive accomplished all ive wanted to in this game. Over 9 years ive won more round than most people, finished with thousands of planets and became a shining example of how to play a Partaxian.

Those days are over. Im kind of bummed it ended like this, but im glad it ended. I just dont care anymore. Just keep this in mind.....

Kai the irc convo made it clear to me your alliance wanted to 2v1. That info came from your alliance. So when you criticize my alliance, im right to bring this up!

And we haven't payed for a nap as far as im aware. Both Noir and Damaris (leaders of the alliance) as well everyone in the alliance, isn't aware of a payment plan nor hav agreed to a payment plan.

'I would have fought. But thats just me.' - 5 attackers away, one long-term planned deletion coming  and one deleted already plus our top pop banker deleted. We have one attacker v top alliance lmao for the first 3 days of war and little income with no savings. I play for fun and see little fun from either side if this war is to commence. So I wouldn't like to have fought. But thats just me.

Anyway, lets wait and see what happens once 57 leader gets on.

This is how it went down.

- 2 days before cancellation, I ask Noir, cs, and AA if they're interested in an EOR war.  Noir and cs gave me the run around, only AA was serious.
- 1 day before the cancellation - I ask noir and cs again - still no interest.  I talk to AA, he says he posts in both their forums.
- 2 ticks before the cancellation, CS tells me no they don't want an EOR war, because Noir agreed to an eor war with 43.
- I cancel the NAP because its the best time for us to WAR - I went painstakingly through a lot of trouble to see what time suits our alliance.
- Noir and CS both msg me after they find out and all of a sudden are interested in an EOR War.
- I say, sure, we agree a date and time and 100 planets each from each fam.
- They were upset obviously, but eventually agreed and said the 200 planets will come from 56 (which is a bit stupid imo).  But since cs and AA want to leave, thats up to their alliance.
- I gave them 2 days to pay the planets, of which 1 day still remains.  27 have been taken so far, 173 planets remain.

in fairness AA threatens every round to quit so this is no big news

CS it's a shame you feel this way as your in oficially top alliance on NW, score and 2nd on planets

my torq, pit abs venom are stupidly strong

Colorado is offering to join us next round but in fairness we don't need his unreliability smile

This is so silly I want to make sense of it a bit...

From what I see, if the war went down as it was supposed to, Torq's alliance would have dominated, no question. And there was absolutely nothing wrong with the cancellation that they did.

The problem appears when you guys (I assume Noir, AA, Torq) were chatting and perhaps bouncing around ideas about EOR war since so many attackers are gone and it'd be too one sided. Torq casually says that might be fun, perhaps entertains the thought, but that was the extent of it and no formal agreements were made.

AA and Noir not wanting to lose the war took that convo way too seriously and placed false hope in it. Meanwhile, Torq for one reason or another discussed with his alliance what to do with this war, maybe since it looked rather boring and pathetic, and they decide to NAP Noir's alliance for those planets at reschedule it for EOR.

Then AA throws a hissy fit because he was hoping to get out of a war, that would've perhaps ended their round, for free rather than having to pay any planets for it...

And I'm thinking, honestly, since no one can agree on that convo you guys had, if we ignore that, isn't losing a 100-200 planets a lot better than if you guys actually fought? Misunderstanding happens a lot in this game via casual chat because well, we're competing against one another while enjoy each other's company.

I'm inserting a lot of guesswork here so correct me or flame me or whatever  if I'm wrong, but that's how I'm perceiving it and it's just really too bad that AA deleted and ruined a perfectly good round for his fam.

Baums thanks for trying to actually understand, the problem is that the informal convo you are talkign about wanst that, it was an ingame offer from Torqez, and we were right to take it serious. He went back on his word and screwed us over.

And just add to the fact that ingame was signed by both 56 and 49 that 56 will pay 57/52 200 planets for this reinstatement.

oh and @ Noir, it was never an ingame offer.  It was a proposal to talk about it.

Basically you said no to an EOR war before I cancelled, then as soon as I cancelled you both (you and cs) run to me asking to reinstate it.  Sorry, obviously the offer changed after cancellation.
