if we keep the tie, you can either give them the win by killing town, or kill them and town wins unless Melvin makes you oberst in which case you beat the town

or you kill Noone tonight and we have a stalemate

Melvin, TU can't possibly win in this situation. If TU kills you, pass the oberst role to Iluvatar and dispo, and they out vote him in the lynch tomorrow. If he kills someone else then TU is still out voted in the lynch tomorrow. Only town or Brothers can win.
