I'm still waiting on the clarification of the reasons why gard would void. Voiding is not a tool you have to you that you use so frequently or easily. It's the absolute last measure for you to take if a fam has breached your agreement and is completely ignoring you plus you're in threat as a result of it.
Not a reason to just farm them and take more planets from them.
And where's the honour left from old vets with the likes of you, gard and TCO? Ignorance is not an excuse and players like you should be setting an example.
The right course of (honourable) action, in my opinion, and is what I'd do, after learning of the war between 20/22/13 and 08/16/26 is reinstate the NAPs.
It's been happening for a while now, but it's sad to see the 'top' fams having to farm their way to a pcount victory. Your guys mentality seriously needs to change.
a respectable win is the only win that counts.

What's there to rape? Peachy, Bar and myself (Red Tide) all deleted. They can have fun exploring 1k+ planets.
I think I will just leave again for another 2-3 year break. Maybe the game will improve in 2012, if it is still around. Later.

its not a size or planetcount thing, we couldve farmed for that. this is the family that openly said "hey by eor if im bored ill just rape my allies." the family whoms appointed leader thought it would be a good idea to have another family do their dirty job for them so they eor could farm us. i messaged their family about the breach, they didnt even have our nap posted anywhere.. that says something about how much they actually care.
then their top player refuses to hand over the planet that he has in our core, the core we had agreed that if they enter they must hand over the planets. so mangoza isnt here to stand up to it, and their top attacker isnt willing too, why should i keep the nap? then they feel like attacking several of my players on planets thats been handed off from the attacker to our players, and they still claim its a mistake. a mistake happends once. and it did at first, we told them. took 10 hours before we got anything out of them about comp, but no coords. then it happends again. they attack even more planets. and by then it cant be a mistake, if something its the playing being ignorant and not even caring.
so again, they dont have anyone upholding the nap. they are attacking us. they are inside the core theyre not supose to be in and they dont want to leave. and they tried having other families hit us. i see a lot of reasons that says fine, its not the best way, but atleast you tried talking. which i did.
and i started with their top attacker whom refused to give up the planet, and since he was figheavy (sorta anyways) i had to run them, by the time i was done he was deleting.
for those that has looked from where we came, 15th sor, we have fought our way up and done it right. and if you think we're bad people cuz we voided, broke or rightfully did what we have to, then you should all look at the people next to you, cuz they are just as bad if not worse. just look at the 94 / 23 - tri fight.
if i was so bad i wouldnt wait with attacking 16 which i am, i gave them their 48 hours that they rightfully deserve, since those times we have had a problems with cores, it was fixed right away, as it should.

10 hours is not ample time to sort out things peacefully some people work or sleep or real life issues, assuming someone works 8 hours. that means he would have to check ic. and get ahold of someone else that may not of been online at the same time.
yeh the old leader mangoza wanted to fight you guys before end of round. most of fam was happy being napped as you were our ex allies.
to tsunami and nandro you guys played great ,but shouldn't have deleted on a fam that played with you.

First taking up things that Mangoza said, he has been gone since mid december so you cant say thats a threath today.
About nap posted, its in front page, but not the cores, only says 30 systems so not distrespect to the nap, only not knowing after Mangoza disapeard with all the info. You and i talked about it and i found it finally in 3016 forum. And to mention about this, this wasnt newly taken planets, we have had those systems for several weeks without knowing it was wrong so not so easy to solve in a few hours.
About the attacks, as you showed me ingame, its 5 attacks, all made from Bobs Barnacle (Tobias banking), misstake or not, only he can tell but not enough to feel threaten if you ask me.
Saying that we tried to get other fams to hit you is something you came up with yourself. I havent heard a word against your fam and i say this is all bullshit and rumours. I think you can agree we know each other for so long that we could trust each other (my misstake).
Finally, raping all fleet for us without notice meanwhile we are in a big Tri-war and also declare war against 16 at the same event hat you know we are fighting full scale is so lame i cant find word for it.
Jets, reason to delete is several but i didnt want Gard to gain all those planets easy. As said above, i have never deleted in a round before but Gard took the chance to backstab us all with all those shares and ruined our round anyway. and without our only attacker gone (Tsunami) he would taken all planets anyway.
a little miscommunication, a BANKER makes a few attacks, a few planets weren't turned over within ~12 hours ... and that's enough to full-scale void a NAP and rape everything in sight? especially when you are former allies? this is pretty low, even for IC standards, but unfortunately it has come to be expected in the last few months.
well looks like we ar left with bankers and resources but i aint giving up without a fight.

pogo raided 93 and passed planets to me. Took me 24 weeks to arrive in that time coz pogo removed defence 93 retook then 18 grabbed
my fleet was still there 100 soldiers I attacked not looking my bad
I stopped when I got a mesage from 18
I had a convo apologised and gave compo within 4 ticks
my fam is at a tri war with WD fam
I did violate pnap but was honest mistake and compo given immiadetly.
18 then broke pnap with immiadate effect because of old leaders actions.
26 would rather delete then give 18 satisfaction
