I'm not involved in the war but looking at this, your fam has 771 planets. 40 planets is only about 5% of your planet size. And you just said that you can't win.

Giving away 40 wouldve been the cheapest. But im kinda like.. hmm.. Another family who is also bigger than us AND allied to the ones whos owning us. Why not just ask for every planet we have? Its not like you have to put alot of effort to take them all.
