Render, war bonus takes 2 ticks after war declaration, the only way we could get bonus is to declare 2 ticks prior to war. =_=
We explicitely asked the mods what to do since THEY could NOT remove the war declaration in your relations page, and they said that if you guys were no longer fighting, we can ask 2978 to remove the war declaration. Understand now?

I repeat, it is IMPOSSIBLE you could declare war on us because 84 and 78 were at it for a long long time.
Even when 78 undeclared (commiting IA) there is only space for one of you (85).
Now tell the truth here, how the hell did you managed to make 84 undeclare?? I sent them lots of msgs to do it and I got 0 answers

I know what I say Templare I watched Relations page the tic before the war started and you weren't there, otherwise I had noticed you were breaking the NAP even 9 tics before it expired

Logs can prove that I declared war on you 2 ticks before war because I wanted the bonus. and Rainin could not do the same, this is WHY he went to the mods to ask for an explanation. I received messages from yoru fam members 2 ticks before war saying "You know war starts 7 ticks after 2985 right?" meaning they SAW the war declaration.
I never even spoke to 2984, because I didn't even know that 84 had declared war on you. When I talked to the mods, I was told that 78 declared, and that's when we went to 78 and asked them to undeclare.
Turns out you are stupid after all.

78 canceled war because they weren't fighting back and they wanted the war over.
Also, for the record, I've never been the leader of 78. If I were I'm sure we'd be the ones pwning;)

He got all the support of mods (YOU?) to break a nap, and he even got war bonus to do it, some mod manipulated my relations page, 84' relations page and told Ebola in 78 to undeclare on us.
Let me explain:
-the tic before war started with 85 (because it was suposed ONLY 85) Rainin came to our alliance chatroom and talked in a private with me, saying I was commiting warblocking, I told him it wasnt my fault 84 and 78 have the war declared on my fam, 84 declared long ago after a few grabs from machine, then went inactive, many deleted ... no way of getting the war undeclared.
78 declared on us and we declared on them for our war, but unless they acepted the surrender offer for 68 planets they never surrendered those planets, we couldnt even take half of them, their fam disrupted, their leader deleted and teh new leader was pissed about me, that way I am not so dumb to undeclare on them and let them attack us for 48h without retaliation, dont you get it?
-Rainin (who was spying our chatroom btw) told me he was talking to mods because I was commiting warblocking. Curiously, the tic after, my relations page appeared to be manipulated by mods, they didnt check about the reasons, they didnt give clues of warblocking, they just gave Rainin and Templare the unfair advantage of warbonus, when they shouldnt have taken it.
-The worst and shamefull thing in it is THEY (YOU??) GAVE 86 WAR BONUS EVEN KNOWING THEY WERE BREAKING A NAP.
-The other worst thing is after my relations page is manipulated I find I am not allowed to attack 78 WHY???

-Then I got banned from spamming and saying nice things to the coward cheaters, that's ok
-Next from my ban status I send msgs to all family leaders telling them about what had happened, trying to defend myself from the acusation of warblocking (bcause I cannot post in forums, neither in my fam forum). I got several answers saying I am right and what has hapened is a crappy bullshit, except for stupid leader of 77 saying "wrong message", so they dont mind what has hapened, but hey he minds now WHEN IT COMES TO HIM. Action and reaction, it is phisics basis, you shoulda read Newton, or even better you shoulda at least be SOLIDARY with us for what they doen.
-I have earned a good reputation of a player with honor in this game, but it serves for nothing when mods have to decide about a possible warblocking and they position in the side of the players showing LACK of honor. I only expect now that I turned a bad boy I will be friend of the modteam like Rainin and Templare did

2: The mods didnt do anything, and it was tick 3-4 after war started that me and templare got 78's leader to undeclare war, thus enabling me to also declare war on you.
3: I never actually accused you of warblocking at that time, i said you better not be warblocking because im talking to a mod.
God man you're losing your mind...and its one thing to blame templare for voiding the NAP "7 ticks early" but to blame me when i didnt break any rules at all is rediculous. If we really wanted an unfair advantage we would of both broke the NAP before it was scheduled for our war, templare was trying to make it an even fair fight. I think he should of let you know, then maybe you wouldnt be whining as much... then again im probably assuming way too much and you'd probably still whine because you planned on it being 2v1.

You guys declared on 78... and proceeded to tear them to shreds... and refused to end the war even after reaching the point where you were blowing up planets for a majority of the attacks... there was a fair amount of discussion in PvC about it if you want proof...

C'mon guys - you all kinda have missed a big point here - was made earlier but was also skimmed over.
NAPs are a player initiated thing - nothing to do with the mods.
you are all smart people - if you dont like the way NAPs are done then get together and draw up standard NAPs to cover all situations. if my information is correct there actually is a standard NAP somewhere is these forums, but you still have to write your own clauses to cover any grey areas.
too much energy here is spent on hateful posts, hateful thoughts and personal attacks against other people - it could just as easily be channeled elsewhere to fix a situation that causes arguments round after round after round ... i'm surprised all you 'clever' people haven't thought about that ...

So let me get this straight Render:
You canceled your nap with 2985(my family) and 48 hours went by and you kept your war declarations with 78 and 84 up? Assuming this is correct, you didnt want me to have a war bonus when you and 91 2v1'd me. This is however completely opposite of what you said when i messaged you on IRC. Also if you were at war with both of these families, why did you cancel? and why did you not try to settle the whole declaration situation in the 48 hours that went by after your cancel? (which of course is completely opposite of what you told me, your words were very close to this "message 78 they're the ones who arent undeclaring not me, its not my fault") Can anyone from 78 confirm that Render had no intention of undeclaring and didnt message you at all about it? I'm really interested now.
Of course i have no proof of this and I really dont care who believes me, but Render is a lying lunatic.. the only true thing hes said is that templare attaked 6-7 ticks early.

81 declared on us to boot us from S2, they did a good job, but then continued to attack well after we had given up and were for the most part below the 35% mark. We requested peace several times, they refused. Our leader deleted, they continued to attack.
At this point the family universally declared "whatever" and tried to pretend they weren't there since we were told that the only way to end the war was to willingly give up all planets in S2 and S4.
Glean from that what you will.

Render, the problem with war declaration was:
2 ticks before war, I declared, 85 couldn't. We don't know what happened on your end until we asked the mods 1 tick before war, they said you were declared on by 78. That is it.
