i think the path to the idea of perfection is in competition. free market, sports, etc. are proof of this. maybe the disagreement in politics may be more beneficial than you think. think of it like survival for the fittest if you must. people with better arguements tend to be victorious in there claims, where as, people who are ill-informed learn from them and people who are seldom correct or plain wrong, lose credability and forfiet any trust in their staments, then, the dumbasses fade away. Meanwhile, the people who are more superior in the political conflict get to stick around longer. it is reduntant to think dissagreements are a problem, cuz, if there were no dissagreements at all, then your would be left with a mass population of idiots that just "agree", this is dangerous.
its best to keep the arguments at a high level, it weeds out the non-sense, shares ideas that are meaningfull and the statments that are stupid, are easily forgotten.
I dont smoke cigarettes because i like them. I smoke because it hides the smell of marijuana thats seeping into the hallway atm.
