im sorry jack i just was going on the honor code that both fams were in violation and that no one really cared......It was talked about and it was said its fine.
Its a dishonerable action, And EVEN, if you believe its not, you got plenty of players believing it is.....So there has to be some justice in that........Since most rules in IC are on the honor code...and people beliefs, so to assume that a family wont drop a PERMANT NAP over something like wats being discuessed, is my flaw, but then again how many fams are going about there business releying on honor codes........
But what do i know, I like to fight, i like to attack, but i like it be a little more fair than this......And you cant aruge me there. Theres no fun in playing a game that is won by those who play this game in a dishonerable fashion.......

I joined fearless' fam mid-round. Now I dont feel like playing anymore. 15 really broke pnap in dishonorable ways. Have 15 tried to talk to us about us not abiding by the nap terms? Not that I know of?????
But who the hell an idiot make this pnap? I mean, it added "cancellation clause" to the pnap....why would anyone want to agree to pnap with cancellation clause???? it would make sense if that clause was to stated that "a leader from both fam agree to cancellation" instead of just alone???
Technically, 15 never broke nap?????? it was cancelled but never notified, and there is no 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours....just instant cancellation
but still 15s are dishonorable. I would never agree to this kind of crappy pnap like that. Sorry, 15s, you are bad guys here. I didn't see any diplomacy between us at all.

Why do people nowadays even think that PNAPs can be cancelled? You can't cancel them once signed, ever.
The only time it can be voided is if certain PNAP clauses are breached and multiple players of the fam in breach are asked and messaged about it and a very long time passes. You can't just decide one day to cancel PNAP. The spirit of a PNAP is not to be ignored because of a few mistakes from anyone, the point is to keep it going unless someone really craps all over the PNAP's clauses. If both fams happen to be in breach because of cores or systems in this case, then the solution is to swap planets out. As long as you both have breaches, neither fam logically has the right to void the PNAP on the other, so 3015 sucks fat donkey balls for doing this.

the ingame pnap was too small to understand i see, we have spoken over a damn hour on chat and msn about it, there were more clauses and was finaly triggered when 3004 finaly canceld nap twice on my ally...

27 opped us while we were napped at SOR multiple times. Artic has prooven that u can not trust him and that its not in his intrest to stop his partax from opping naped families. 27 is really not an issue that needs to be discussed here. they are not in the position to complain about anything.
WE would have been very stupid if we would have let them do.
Anyways.. in my oppinion there is a huge difference between having minor violations of nap terms. i mean.. the planets we explored below the line with 15 are all border planets. its not we had been moving deep into their core. its max. 1-2 ticks. is that correct though? no...
but i as a VL never heard 15 complain about that. so to me it appears like a cheap excuse.
now breaking a pnap is a whole different dimension. it makes fundamental issues of this game being void. i dont even blame 15 for doing it. there allways are ruthless brainless people who do such things. the real sad thing is that this game makes it possible to do such things.
this round my family has 2 times been negativelly effected by a sloppy implementation of ingame naps. and honestlly it cant be too much of work to get them done propperly.
15 made their decision. its war they want.. its war they will get. today 27 will probablly join them. they can have their war too.
ridicilous though is that 15 offered us an ally in the first tick of war. 27 should think about that maybe. you mean nothing to them. 15 would have raped u together with us if we would have agreed.

and i still think we should be paid comp just like in the nap ALL OF IT. cuz i didnt get a PM about the cancellation and that's CLEARLY IN THE CLAUSE. banker raiding us when we go to sleep.
PNAP - Permanent Non Agression Pact
An agreement not easily agreed upon, seeing as it blocks your family from all future hostile actions against the other family in question. This being in every way you actions cant be considered hostile.
You cannot and will not :
- Look for ways to void this NAP, as that is a sign of agression and make you a dishonourable [moo]
- Use this agreement as a shield to help other families strike upon the napped fam, as that is a sign of agression and make you a dishonourable [moo]
- Add stupid ass clauses to it that makes it unpermanent. Then it is NO pnap. It is a cancellation nap, in which you need to agree upon a timelimit between cancellation, and attack, as that is a sign of agression and make you a dishonourable [moo]
- Break it out of will, as that is a sign of agression and make you a dishonourable [moo]
Basic reading should be past you if you can play IC. The word permanent, in my language means something that does not go away. Which is why we have sayings like "Dude, that shit is permanent". So if someone approaches me asking for a pnap, that is exactly what they will be getting. And if someone dares to violate the favour I have bestowed upon them by granting them this, I will fudging haunt their asses to the end of eternity.
I can not and will not accept that newbie players or dishonourable players ruin one of the most accepted ways of ending a war.
And should I see it happen, I WILL haunt them down til the end of eternity. Or at least til the devs make sure a PNAP stays permanent.

OK we ave all realised that 3015 are complete SHIT at ic and if they gave 04 warning then they know they would of got completly [moo'd] 3015 are muppets and i am looking at all the other familys now that ave PNAPs or any sort of NAP with these mugs and i am wondering if they trust 3015 with naps or PNAPS cos they ave shown no respect to this PNAP so wat makes any other different if they ave more !!!!

We actually lost 22 planet(s) in total. At least we were able to retake 104.
62 planet(s) defended in total. (no fig / ground runs)

Actually both sides are wrong. Nobody is innocent in this. Both sides need to just stfu and fight.
look way back when this first started there was no dishonour because there wasnt any honour no naps maybe the odd cease fire but you were lucky if that lasted 2 ticks. since naps have been bought into the game more and more people leave the game and bitch about it because of the so called dishonest people who play. HELLO this is a fricking war game who ever said war was honest, when you go to war you watch your back and you never take anybodys word for anything. SO WHY THE HELL SHOULD THIS BE ANY DIFFRENT.
Solution for you all if you cant take dishonest people then dont use naps
