Fearless, isn't one of your attackers currently blocked for illegal alliance solicitation?   And isn't one of your attackers currently in violation of your core agreement with 27 and refusing to remove portals?

You are the leader of that fam, sounds like you are either a hypocrite or just a poor leader.

I am a poor leader, i will glady admit that, I am an attacker, but i am not the attacked blocked, nor am i in 27's core, nor was i in 3015's core.....i am lead attacker thou and the leader.

pnap breakers ftw.  15 doesn't deserve to even be top 15 anymore.

let me explain why this happened.

1. when we made a pnap we used a line of systems that neither family could cross and if we did, we had to leave the planet undefended
2. 3004 kept telling their allies to explore and portal up 1 tick from our core on the line, so when we retaken the planets, 3004 said we had no right to attack them, even though we had had previous trouble with their allies and didn't have a nap with them
3. We had about 5-10 planets over the line on their side, which were undefended for some time, until we built on them with our newly explored planets by accident and forgot about them
4. They explored in our core, we asked them to stop, but said they could keep the planets they had explored, because we had several on their side, they said they wouldn't cross the line anymore
5. They continue'd to explore in our core and filled systems and so limiting our space inside our core
6. They had a 48h nap with our ally, which they cancelled today

So with all of this in account technically the nap was already voided as both sides broke the terms, although 3015 left the planets undefended like we were supposed to, we were just guilty of not informing 3004 we had the planets, but i thought their allies would retake anyway, plus regular core checks would mean they spot us. 

On first tick of our attacks, we stopped attacks and spoke to 3004's leader, then when talks broke down he said "you have you're war"

So the nap was void in the first place, and we just decided to ask now as our allies were in trouble

our allies are already at war by the way when 3004 cancelled

I didn't know about this until after he proposed it, and i told you the same, i didn't know the details of your talks as i was putting the kids in bed.  This may be Roar's reasons i don't know, or he could have had doubts about the war and so thought let's ally, then told you that was the real reason, we weren't bored, there were 3-4 possible targets, then those stopped when i heard the news that you cancelled on 3027.  In the post above i told you MY reasons and the FAMILYS reasons

Yes PNAP's are permenant, but they also shouldn't be broken, we had 5-10 planets which were your allies, you explored over 20, plus failed to remove defences from the planets you had over the line when the nap was made, which you should have done

yes both families did nothing, then you became a threat, 27 was already at war, you could have killed them for all we knew, so as the pnap had been broken numberous times by BOTH families, we cancelled it and removed the threat

Yes its dishonerable, but there are logical, and honerable reasons behind it

This conflict is about how the game was played, current understanding of it, and how it should be honored in the future. From my point of view, PNaps has always been written agreements between to fams, with the understanding of honoring the agreement to the end of round. When leadership do this agreements, it has to be followed up by the leader, or Vls in the fams. This PNap rule, who has sunk in as a "fact" in most players who been here for a while, has been a sleeping pillow, just dependin on the word PNap. PNap, stands for Permanent Non-Aggression Pacts. Does the statement in itself secure the permanent peace? Or does a Pact has agreements in it, for both fams to follow?. From a fam members view, a Pnap is security, and leaderships should be depended on common trust in the matter. However, if the pacts agreements is totaly overlooked, then where goes the limit, and how strong should a pact be honored if terms are not followed? Both sides in this matter has good point. And since the platforms of both sides are diffrent, then its a matter of opinion. Facts shows to pact agreements been overlooked and forgotten. Player loyalty to the understandin of what a PNap means stands on the other side. Both right. This is stuff that make the world argue in the first place. No differs here.

Pnaps shouldn't be a part of this game anymore
