Bush didn't say "I love kyoto, but let's tear it up, usa/eu can pollute 2x as much per capita as ghana, cuba and indonesia and if they screw up their emissions they gte punished through the world bank"

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.

Bush went to war and invaded foreign soil. That is a much louder action then
opposing/supporting any economical or environmental cause.


Remember: We are talking about public perception, particularly that of non-U.S.
citizens.

F%*K, the only reason he got president is because he is black, he was just a pawn in the democratic circle (to make the democrats look good, i wholly believe the election was a sham); but this is for sure, no matter what happens it ain't gonna be because of the barack obama, it'll be because of all the other jack@$$'s in power.

Any more the President has about as much power as King and/or Queen of England does,  the president is just a PR guy w/ no real power, and it needs to change, the people need to gain their own power back and keep it out of the hands of greedy governments
