frankly it used to be a blocking offence to post to forums or the chat ANYTHING to do with ingame attacks, Infrastructures etc.

Far too many - including the Mods - are now doing this. If your account of the events is accurate, I got blocked for a few days back in round 7 or so. My tri and another tri were totally dominant and we were basically blocked because we agreed we would war, but only when the time was right for both alliances. The mods were then, and are now, usually inept at playing the game - and do not understand how to do their job.

I have to side with Mangoza here.  Earlier this round, Parrot refused to have someone blocked just out of the reason that "there aren't enough players to block." Even though there was plenty of evidence with ingame messages to half a dozen people offering an IA =p

Would the current happenings that have happened (changing rules midround/blocking of this guy over from what i can see, nothing) still would happened if we still had arsbury and smartys and primo on the mod team?

Smartys was trying to help the game and was removed because he was far cleverer than stefan and thus stefan did not trust him messing with the game and its code..

Primo, while sometimes inactive, always played it fair

Arsbury i know less about but was always under the impression he played fair and kept things to rules.. Perhaps you knew him better than i did..

yah but if they were to enforce the rules, they could star by trying to enforce all of it rather than some of it.  It really makes fams mad when seems only a specific group are punished while others get away with it freely.

Speaking of which mods could start improving the community by policing the forums.
