I get construction bonus for time, not cost-
Costwise, it's nice, sure, 50% gives you 66.7% original unit cost.
But timewise, it's nice to have your portals and lasers up earlier-particularly when people try to time retakes and hit lasers when they thought they'd be in next tick, etc. smile
