He had the EPA declare CO2 a poison,so he can slap down regulations without asking his congress.
Um,can he get away with this  ,can he get impeached?

everything in large quantities can be pioson, i once overdosed on WATER! seriously! my skin was like clay and i lost the ability to see color...

too much regulation is worse

I dont smoke cigarettes because i like them.  I smoke because it hides the smell of marijuana thats seeping into the hallway atm.

this is the fault of the damn Supreme Court not Obama, they ruled 2 years ago that the Bush EPA MUST consider CO2 a pollutant because of global warming (arrghhhh)

Bush dragged it out but we all knew this was coming

so now a court ordered the executive branch to pressure congress into making bad law

we might as well live in Cuba

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.

on a more serious note, this president is quit dangerous. He manages to get away with everything. This is again an example of how easily the public can be fooled.

actually a federal court ruled that you can sue factories for their C02 emissions, cause CO2 causes global warming, even though nobody can prove

1. how much global warming that factory causes
2. how much better global warming would get if that factory stopped emitting
3. how all that global warming hurts you, and how much

now if a corporate president hits you with his limo, you'd have to at least prove point 3 to the penny or get kicked to the curb. but the judge says you can sue his ass for methane emissions and just guess about damages.  The judge don't  give a damn about the depression, his pay raises are mandated by the constitution--a judge said so.
