Because 2982 is refusing to subtract it from the to be paid planets, because 'it is not officially in the nap agreement' ...

The nap agreement starts with: 'This is an official permanent NAP between blablabla...'

official nap implies there is compo to be paid.

im not going to get into a bitter debate over 1 planet, but if it wasnt written into the agreement then it does not apply...

hence the reasoning behind forcing all parties involved to sign in the relations page, so it wouldnt even be an issue after being signed

Reality: Youre top banker deleted, Giant's went inactive after getting raided. Your fam went from 1st/2nd to 9th in score and continuously falling. If your fam hadnt sucked that wouldnt have happend.

This means even taking planets is allowed... Sounds bs'ish to me. seems like quite some nap.

Also over the years the meaning of a nap has started to imply that failed attacks and succesfull attacks/ops are to be compensated for.

Agree with Tryme, but sadly when you are in no position to ask for compensation you better shut up and forget about it, focuse on your fam growth and look for easy targets to rise back

PS its been a very long "24 hours" for getting us all the coordinates... I haven't been pushy thus far because 88 is a bunch of twirps... but turning around and trying to start a ruckus in forums instead of putting that time into getting us our fracking planets, does not sit well.

88 haven't been attacking as much as you may think. We offered a NAP and they want planets from us. Which I am afraid to say, will not happen.
