OHs are turning many bankers fool in the gal. I told Pax are overpowered, no matter the amount of wizzies you have, if your magic bonus is low or negative then you are condemned to suffer from OHs, you can't do shit about it.

regardless after having lost 300 planets, they demand another 75...
After having offered a nap for just surrendering planets #2982 lost in a banker raid, they are now back near their previous offer.

total agree render. i saw the potential in this race and i have been using pax for 3-4 rounds now. its a pity last round i didnt get to revolutionise it by integrating it into my fam. bleh/

FYI, NAP offer is the following:
-- 2976 shall give coords to 75 planets total to the aformentioned alliance
-- 2976 shall cede control of any planets currently owned in Sector 4 and will remain out of Sector 4 for the remainder of the round

regardless of what you said you aren't making any sense... You offer a pnap for just us surrendering planets in your core, i agree, you upgrade your demand by another 80% or so
