fair point. mangoza did pretty well with it in SD, and there's normally one or two quantum SS in pw as well
there's a quantum popbanker somewhere as well i seem to recall

yes you read ok, with the speed and ops it has you can control 1sector fast in a SS gal, being very active ofc
