....i nominate the the UK scouting group that decided to yell "kill the jews, here come the jews" at a rememberance day service, at the veterans from WW2, who were laying wreaths on the memorial....i know it is a group and not an individual but if you were to shoot them you would do it collectively

....in the UK some "kids" thought it would be a "laugh" to disrespect some war veterans who were laying wreaths for their fallen comrades at a memorial in Essex.
