Hmm, getting rid of the weeds and rubbish.  Farming.  This process actually makes you MORE juicy to my eyes. *precious*

You all do know that you burn your soil if you do not rotate your crops, right?!  That is precisly why they reshuffle the Galaxy, but that is really about the same as shaking the lettuce.  It is not quite a cleaning process but it does get rid of the obvious problems, like the inactives to say the least.  I think they are trying to white wash this Galaxy to get rid of the little buggers like the same family NAPs and Alliances, that avoid conflict.  They are breaking you down to your smallest participles.
