Its cool, I don't like the hook so much though. It has either too much of something or too little of something, can't put my finger on it, but a tweak on it would be good.  I also don't like the way you did the fade at the end. It was too rushed. You dropped the verse, followed up with the hook and then...end. Abruptly. What you could've did was have the singer do a bridge after the last hook, then went into hook, then repeated with the last hook and let that one fade out. But that's just me personally. Like I said, it was cool.
