And I would challenge Portgas's rating, the guy understands the game so 4 for intelligence is unfair!

I would change to - -Portgas: 8/8/2/2  total: 20

If Portgas has tricked you into believing that he's not retarded then perhaps his intelligence should be raised.

this should be updated after every round. Attackers that wanna be recorded. Just sign up and let someone monitor the attackers in Wars/pings then at the end give them a rating in the 4 categories.
