DO, would, and will play as a fam mate of Noir, anytime......quality player and sometimes circumstance just dictate the quick delete....if you are already frustrated by your surrounding members lack of activity, WHY would you try and wait for them to take planets???? Not that that was the reason as I do not know....

BUt I do know that anytiime he's looking for a place to play, he doesn't have to look very long.....;)
