Wouldn't have mattered.

If Hitler could take our Moscow with a single bomber run, he
would have smashed Europe to pieces. Whatever was left
would have sworn allegience to the Hitler.

And i sincerely doubt Hitler would have forbidden 4 engine bombers (after
this war-winning scenario, anyway).
