yeah the whole GTA series.

Operation Flashpoint 1: get the mission editor, put a few hundred civilians on an island, and give yourself some extra ammo crates.

Or you could get UT2004 and play the Invasion gametype with modded invaders (I have Agent Smiths)
I hear Left 4 Dead is quite therapeutic too.
