It also would allow players from pw to make a smooth move into capricorn if they choose. a 2 draft or 4 draft galaxy. Nov 4th end date would work i feel.

Small fams should be given time to war etc. But can we not end one week early possibly? Thats a decent compromise where you got plently of time to fight still whilst not too long to wait for new round. Round scheduled to end in 13 days, so why say meet in the middle?
