Keeping with actual topic it is infact impossible to farm now coz if ur fam is within 35% of attacking fam you are a viable equal target

for example:
1 [Dr] Brett I am dissapoint (2414) [93,16] 2283 47127436 164038

Cant hit
9 ORLY?! (2402) [12,114] 1789 15022975 109203

Or lower

so 1st place attacking anyone in top 10 is fair game as they all good big familys

However, having said that - the rule only stops one kind of 'farming'.  Saying "impossible to farm" is largely incorrect.  We're still thinking of ways to make this a bit more fair for lower fams/players.

Reduce the individual players nw threshold.  With the 35% fam rule its not needed and would get rid of the rubbish sending small nw player into enemies core

The US Congress didn't ever actually declare war. Instead the US President used his "constitutional discretion" calling it a "police action". Therefore it is a conflict, not a war.

We were winning the Vietnam war but recalled because of all the negative press in our media. Alot of Americans died there yeah but a whole hell of alot more Vietcong troops were dying. If the administration had had the backbone to drown out the media it would have been settled at some point.

Political posturing is congress defining what is or isn't war.

Congress may try to redefine what war is, but that doesn't mean that the true definition of war has changed, it just means some ignorant portion of the american population may now believe that invading a country and killing millions of people is not a war.

And if you reread the definition of war that I posted, you will see that you have agreed by calling it a conflict.

Also somewhere between 1600/1800 USA was being overrun by the english. The english we're the superior force in the western world at that time.

most western developed countries are fat, no need for the bbc there.  reading comprehension happens to be quite a strong point of mine actually, but you may believe what you will.  while AA's analogy may not be the best, immediately jumping to the extreme of hitler and the jews is by no means making a better point or proving him wrong, it's clutching at straws. AA's point, however, makes sense.  everyone bitches.  i personally would get rid of the rule entirely. but as it is in place, small families have no reason to bitch.
