We attacked systems that were 1 and 2 tics away from our portals...hooray!  You are Camaar, I am custom...so they would all be 1 tickers for you.  Last thing I need is an angry, talented, and experienced attacker, hitting or clearing my portals after he jumps for his war.  So i cleared you back as a precautionary measure - as I do, and you just cry and name call.
