well Mr. Archangel we wud all lighten up if everyone else will lighten up.

My biggest complaint as always is other people starting crap and then when we respond we are the ONLY ones pointed out as needing to lighten up and stop being nasty.

I have a rule and i play by it, and live by it.

but i know this doesnt sit well with people but i really dont care what others think of me, I dont lose sleep whatsoever over others opinion of me.

I dont have an insecurity complex like others might, a good person is not defined by others either, I think im a good person if im nice to people and i also think im a nice person if im nasty to someone that has gotten nasty to me. Thats my opinion, thus the comment that i dont care what others think of me in the fact that i dont allow others to dictate what I believe and think.

If I have to allow you or anyone else in the world to dictate what I can believe just so im liked then i prefer to be disliked and be true to myself and what i believe.

But i do like to be nice to people generally until they get nasty then i like to be nasty to them.

i accused you guys of reacting too seriously (not just meaning the opposite of jokily but really really aggressively and heavily as well) for the way the three of you were bantering back and forth.

up until recently when wars were fought, you might tell someone you were going to kick their arse, or that you would be raping their fleet, but you'd see smiley faces in their posts and you could tell from their tone and their language that, while they may have well and truly meant what they said, they weren't seriously trying to rub a victory in the other fam's faces (WS), they weren't trying desperately to make the enemy's victory unimpressive without gd reason (NW) and they weren't so serious about completely destroying the other family (Lee).

If you can find an example of me doing something like that, then i'll gladly shut up, but until then stop making accusations against me without citing any evidence

This is kinda sad. Why do we have to be so rude and nasty to each other over a video game? I understand a good debate over a war, but this has gone too far. Both sides have said things that are totally uncalled for. Thats not the friendly spirit of competition, its just plain mean.

We cant have this in our shrinking community anymore. Its seriously has to end. The smaller this community gets, the more important it is that we foster an enviroment of good sportsmanship. Taking this game personally is insane. Making personal attacks on each other in the forum is stupid. (unless of course your ripping on Hardcore4yearsago, in which case its totally acceptable) wink  sorry Josh, i couldnt resist tongue
