2396/2414 hereby offer 2417 a perm nap in exchange for 150 planets to 14, 75 to 96 to be paid in increments of 60 within 24 hours, 60 within 48, and the rest within 3 days after that.

Standard comp applies, can't be cancelled, etc.

17 is now allowed in sector 2 where they were previously banned but cannot banker whore 14/96 cores. Spread and bankers in attacked areas are of course fine.

After some serious infra family conflicts and bad leading and decision making from I C Death (Angel of Despair) I would like to negotionate a new nap treaty with both You 2396 and 2414.

So if you have any sort of nap agreement with 17, I suggest you reconsider whether you trust them to keep it or not.  Kudos to IC Death for leaving.

but 14 can nap 17 for planets when 17 are a top fam its a joke that is.

96 is opping me, we have not done anything other then sending messages telling we want to open the Pnap talks.

96 is the nap breaker currently here

Actually 17 broke nap first with attacks, refused to pay compensation and the planets owed for the nap wink  Instead they dropped their small nw attacker more nw to jump in our core

In any case, IC Death is the one who said your fam was breaking nap. Hence the sabs. If you're not planning on doing that then there's no problem. Pnap is in place, everyone moves on.

inactive huh, hes been trying to clear me for the past few days, he's been gaining planets since yesterday, and suddenly, he drops in NW.

Anyway, if people wish to know what is going on in 17 then i'll make a post later to clear out some things.
