They knew that if they explored around your core systems that was giving in the core in the nap that they would be able to beat 2405. But, 2405 was going to go to war with 2423. So they decided to wait until their is finished. Decided to use their saving on other things. Then, 2423 decided to pay compensation for the nap. 2405 then decides to cancel on 2404 because 2405 think their gods an no one should be able or allowed in systems outside their core.

Lee believe that 2404 was inside in they core. But, 2404 wasn't exactly inside they core. Cause we signed a 48hr core nap with 2405 and 2422. The core nap only had 20 systems in it. Meaning anything outside that 20 systems is up for grabs. Since, 2404 understood that they decided to put their small guy around 2405, 20 system core nap systems. Which, lee and ws didn't like because of the fact that 2404 wasn't scared to fight 2405. BUT, after 2405 seen 2404 small guys in their they decided to go to war with 2423. Which is why 2404 didnt jump and hit 2405 precious bankers. After, 2405 signed scared colorado family into signing a pnap for some compensation. They then decided to cancel war between 2404 n 2409 and 2405 n 2422.
