Pretty sure it will be like the last SS round, contact a mod for them to switch you to leader, once the galaxy is more full and mods have enough time, they'll go in and leader-ise the non-leaders..
@ Smartz - We didn't want the galaxy to be hardcore. But at the same time we dont want new people joining once people delete or during the round if there are empty fams. Hence upon round starting you can sort of call the galaxy "closed off". Hence Last Man Standing.
@ Leader Issue - Yep, we'll make you leader of your fam. Have already done so for a few others. Contact us in #mod if you need to. Else just before round starts, we'll make everyone leader anyway.

Oh yes - well you'll be happy about it. That's all i can say for now, until I talk to KT or Parrot.
Not sure why it wasn't announced straight away - it was my understanding that we were going to announce it. But I'll clarify it with them in a couple of hrs when they log in, and then we'll make it clear.
you will have to find out what price it is when round start and yes it will be the same for 72 hours. the price will be balanced.
Okay, judging by the above, he already explained it. So let me clarify now how we're going to do it.
Basically, we're going to dump resources and gc on the market at buy and sell bids at predetermined prices. So anyone and everyone can buy or sell iron, end, food and oct at fixed prices.
This will last a total of 72 hours, after which the bids will be withdrawn. From then on, the market will run free as per normal galaxies and normal supply/demand.
That's how its goign to work.
I think the prices should be announced too, not sure why they havn't yet - something may have changd. I'll get back to you guys on this once I talk to KT or Parrot (couple hrs). It's not 'that' relevant at the moment anyway but just know that prices will be fair value.
Edit: And yes..this is an idea developed from the SS Competition thread in Ideas forum and the post by Skoe and Zidi. ..See we do listen to ideas and implement what we think may work and what not! OFcourse theres millions of other thigns we can do (eg what h4e just said), but theres a different time/place for those kinda things.
Basically this is just to make it so retards can have a good start and don't need to have a clue how to play the game. It is completely stupid. With market open, you can't call this a self sufficient round. Being S/S does not mean you rely on market, that just makes you a market reliant player.
To call this a S/S round is a disgrace to the wardancers and all other true S/S players that this games base consisted of in the betas!
No matter what they will be able to and they will do it. Kpax 1, 2, and 3 will show you all. No market is the answer to all =p
