i agree with hummy if your at war and pinging systems before the war it does not grant you the option to cf those systems and portal them when if u were in the war u wouldnt get them portaled.. low move to use to get portals up by alot of fams. dont think fams involved in this thread are doing so. but 659 tried that with my fam. pinging about 5 systems for a week and we were at war with their allies turned into us vulture'n systems off them lol. 4 ticks from our hs 20+ from theirs....
