CF is an agreement to "cease" attacks until NAP negotiations either succeed or break down....

obviously when "CF" is used as a coverup for portalling in cores, etc etc its both dishonourable and illegal (at least IMO it is)

i'm not really sure whats going on here, being ss in a lower fam i've not really been keeping up with the politics of the round. but an alcoholic isnt helping either.
