Beer might taste good for you, but i dont like it at all.
its not a phobia for me, it just doesn't go well with my sport, and with who i am.
I dont like to feel weak after i drink alcohol.
Couple facts about alcohol:
Its expensive (depending on where you buy, but when your clubbing its expensive)
it damages your body from the inside (people can joke all they want about this, but its true)
You become slow (this is what i mean with weak. you are not perfectly in controle anymore, your balance is off. If a sober guy wanted to beat you up he could easlydo it)
it makes you do stupid things (such as get in your car, and drive. resulting sometimes in accidents that take someone else their life. i really dont want to have that on my hands. i know not all people lose controle, when they are drunk, but some do.)
I know alcohol can bring some joy on a social level.

Im not so sure of that.
I have heard that alot, and its one of the many things i heard and i thought it to be true 12 weeks ago.
But since i started bodybuilding and read bodybuilding forums on food, training workouts, science and alot of other things i have discovered that many things people say are not true. And that infact alot of people are spreading false information on things they ''think'' they know something about but actually dont know anything about and are just spreading the word they have heard from someone else.
