1) You may want to check the rules for your country/state/area as most (if not all) countries treat illegal downloading as illegal.

2) If you didn't pay for it then it is illegal.

3) If you did pay for it it is probably still illegal.

In the UK it can cause your service provider to kick you off the internet.

There aint really nothing to download anything from the internet like paper works or documents that require such speed unless its movies or music. Everyone with that speed downloads. <
