yes, because sex has a climax. try starting to have sex, getting super excited, then getting blue balled and let me know how you sleep. your body is still overloaded with adrenaline, blood is bein pumped super fast, etc.

typically when i have trouble sleeping i have several beers. i typically go to bed around 4 or 5 am atm. i went on this canoeing trip with my friends, and we  were gonna get up at like 7am, so i wanted to go to bed earlier then i typically do, i had about 8 glasses of beer, had no trouble going to sleep around midnight.

when i was younger and living with my parents when drinking wasnt a acceptable thing for me to do to go to sleep, working out often helped.

also if you or your spouse has a problem with "making love" to help you go to sleep, you could always do it solo...

LoL OOC I hate to tell you this ,but you must be doing something wrong then. If you do it right a womans orgasm can wear them out. Honestly you must need some tips for real I understand you not knowing ,but I would hate for you to lose the woman your with because of this. you may have to get an artificial toy if your unable to make her have the right actions.

Avo I was Trying to not have OOC lead virgins astray and his false teachings are wrong.
